Customised HCL Database for PAT Compliance

Upon completion of the tests we will issue a data base of all the items tested, containing the following information : Pass / Fail / Repairs / Description / Equipments location / Manufacturer / model / notes / test date / next due date.

All data bases will be issued electronically to reduce the amount of paper work and a secure copy retained by ourselves for use as part of your companies disaster recovery plan.

Trends or regular occurrences will be reported back to a senior manager once they become apparent, potentially identifying any item of equipment that is being worked too hard or abused. Changes in work practice and monitoring could prevent this problem once identified, resulting in less repairs / down time / or dangerous occurrences.
